Robert R. Warns III is a Member of Reisman Sorokac. Mr. Warns has called Las Vegas his home since 2007 and has been an active trial lawyer in Nevada, since 2010. - Obtained in the Nevada Supreme Court (sitting En Banc) a favorable ruling for a client that the Nevada Department of Transportation is not a "design professional" under a Nevada statute requiring suits against "design professionals" to meet certain filing requirements
- Obtained in a FINRA arbitration a favorable award on behalf of a former Managing Direct and Co-Head of Investment Banking against global banking firm Jeffries LLC
